Limited Warranty

If used in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner's manual,

the parts of the splitter are warranted for two (2) years against any manufacturer's

defect. Any other warranty, express or implied, is hereby disclaimed.

Stripped threads on the fixation bolt, or stripped threads inside the splitting wedge

are not covered under the limited warranty.  Use the wrench supplied with the

splitter to periodically tighten the fixation nut. This simple procedure will keep

the Smart-Splitter® working indefinitely.
